T1 is a mature London place tree located in the seating area of Gaucho’s Restaurant, please see attached map. The tree has shed branches onto the roof of the restaurant and into the dining area where customers sit and eat posing a health and safety risk. The works are apart of a regular maintenance programme due to evidence of massaria being present in the tree. The works will improve the aesthetics of the tree. The works will abate the risk that the tree is posing to the general publilc.
