The proposed development comprises the dismantling and rebuilding of the annex on a like-for-like basis, retaining the exact footprint and overall scale of the existing structure, with no alterations to the outward-facing elevations. The only material change from the existing arrangement is the introduction of a vertical wall element, to be finished in white render to match the existing building, which will form the internal face supporting the pitched roof structure.
