The existing tree within the private driveway offers no ecological or visual benefit to the surrounding conservation area, it's removal will not have a negative impact to the local wildlife or ecological network. Potential replacement of said non-native tree will be based on landscape design together with arboriculturist advice. This is to ensure a more appropriate native species is chosen which could have a greater contribution to the surrounding conservation area. The landscape design will be submitted to the Local authority as part of conditional discharge related to planning approval 22/3802/VRC.
