Tree survey conducted by professional arborist, attached to application. Report outlines that trees in rear garden are all of low quality (graded C). Proposed work will remove Oak, Davidia and Hazel. (All identified in report at Appendix MD2.) Reason for Removal: 1. OAK, young Oak tree, referred to as T2 in report, (see Appendix MD1) with a diameter of 100mm. (Diameter of 270, 260 and 230mm on main trunks.)Will be removed as part of landscaping and replanting plan, as owner wants to remove risk to young children. 3. Hazel. Referred to as T5 in report (diameter of 100mm per trunk), overly mature, with growth out of control. Significant overhang to garden boundary, including significant overhang of neighbouring property's conservatory. Will be removed as part of proposed landscaping and replanting plan.
