TPO Mulberry Tree: Crown reduction by 4m on all aspects to mitigate another limb failure. This will ensure structural safety while preserving the tree’s amenity and long-term viability Justification for Proposed Works: The mulberry tree has undergone previous crown reductions; however, the current crown spread is now encroaching upon adjacent structures, raising concerns over potential damage and excessive loading near the property. We propose a carefully executed crown reduction by up to 2 metres beyond prior reduction points. This work is necessary to maintain a safe clearance from the building and reduce structural pressure, while also aiming to preserve the natural form, health, and amenity value of the tree in the long term.
