T1. Ash Rear Communal Area Remove dead branches over 2.5cm in diameter and small sections of Ivy from the base. Carry out a climbing inspection to ascertain the general condition and report adverse findings. The tree's current height is 19m, and its crown spread is 11m. After the proposed works, the tree's height is 19m and the crown spread is 11m. T3. Ash x 3 Rear Communal Area Group of 3 Ash trees, reduce the height of the tallest tree by 3m or to the previous pruning points, reduce lateral spread by 1.5m to balance. - Carry out a climbing inspection on the front two Ash trees and remove any dead wood over 2.5cm in diameter. We would suggest the removal or relocation of the compost area in the centre of three Ash trees, as this may affect the trees' root systems. (3rd party or gardener to carry out these works). The tree's current average tree height in the group is 16m, and its crown spread is 12m. After the proposed works, the tree's height is 13m and the crown spread is 11m. T4. Ash Front Drive Area: Poor in general health. Inonotus hispidus fungal bracket is present on the main stem. Large cavity at 1-1.5m. Reduce regrowth in height by 3m or back to the previous points. The tree's current height is 12m, and its crown spread is 5m After the proposed works, the tree's height is 11m and the crown spread is 5m T5. Birch Rear Communal Area Remove dead branches over 2.5cm in diameter only. Possible ground heave and movement to the adjacent fence. Carry out a stability test to ascertain root plate movement.The tree's current height is 14m, and its crown spread is 6m. After the proposed works, the tree's height is 14m and the crown spread is 6m.
