Proposal
Non-material amendment application to vary conditions U0159184 (Landscaping) and U0159185 (Landscaping Implementation) of planning permission ref. 22/2623/RES by updating the hard and soft landscaping details as referenced in the respective conditions, so the respective conditions now read as follows: U0159184 Landscaping The hard and soft landscaping as detailed with the Reserved Matters Application Design Report by Hawkins Brown at Part 4 of Document number SPJS-HBA-ZZ-RP-A- 00-0003 and Tree Planting scheme St Pauls Junior School DAS Addendum (April 2025 rev. 02) shall be implemented in accordance with the details hereby approved prior to the first use of the Junior School. If within a period of 5 years from the date of planting of any tree/plant/shrub or any tree/plant/shrub planted inreplacement for it, is removed, uprooted, destroyed or dies (or becomes in the opinion of the local planning authority seriously damaged or defective), another tree/plant/shrub of the same species and size originally planted shall be planted at the same place in the next planting season unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of neighbouring occupiers and to ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the appearance of the locality U0159185 Landscaping Implementation All hard and soft landscape works detailed with the Reserved Matters Application Design Report by Hawkins Brown at Part 4 of Document number SPJS-HBA-ZZ-RP-A-00-0003 and St Pauls Junior School DAS Addendum (April 2025 rev. 02) shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and in any event prior to the occupation of the junior school, unless otherwise agreed with the local planning authority. REASON: To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the appearance of the locality and to preserve and enhance nature conservation interests
