Proposal

We have a conifer tree (Yew) which is leaning dangerously over the fence at the back of the garden. It is currently leaning at such an angle that our tree specialist believes it will fall over further as it becomes heavier on top. There is a chance that it might topple over completely. It has damaged the back fence and makes it difficult to erect a new fence as it is now across the boundary line of our back garden, encroaching and cutting the space on our neighbours' access passageway. There is an existing laurel tree next to it which has restricted growth on the side of the conifer - and this will grow back to fill some of the space. We will plant an ash - or something similar to fill the space.
