MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 Report received from tree surgeon (Banstead Tree Works) states:-Maple tree looking out from kitchen window: (No TPO) lift crown 3-4 small diameter branches hanging over garden and alley way, reduce side lower branch 1-1.5 m. Thin the canopy of the tree from more light penetration to property, enhance air circulation and less wind resistance for safety of falling branches as area of garden that is used by adults and children. Norway Maple (no 5) and Sycamore (no 6) over garage: reduce weight on stem going over garage and prune back. Remove any dead wood. We are extremely concerned with damage to garage and office cabin from falling branches. Reduce and prune back branches (1-1.5 m) going onto the roof, also reducing weight by thinning from the end of the stem. Maintaining the health of the tree and provide assurance to reduce risk of branches falling onto the garage and office cabin's roofs. This part of garden is also used by children and adults. This tree is also blocking neighbours solar panel, so thinning will increase light penetration. We are also seeking approval to thin by 30% the following trees: G1 (Sycamore and Norway Maple) ,H2 x2 (Cherry Laurel), Ash (no 4), Sycamore (no, 7), Sycamore (no 8) and Sycamore (no 9).
