Proposal
Proposed work as per section 4 Recommendations of Tree Inspection Report reference: TGA.2705.TreeInspection. 1) It is recommended that the crown of the tree is reduced on the eastern side by 2.5m from the current extent of 10m to 7.5m. This mainly means reduction of the lowest four branches on east side. All cuts should be made to suitable growth points to ensure live growth is kept. Reason: to rebalance the crown shape and try to encourage new growth on the west side. 2) Reduce the upper crown by 1m in all directions and from the top. Reason: to reduce sail area and reduce the risk of branch loss in high wind events. 3) The limb on the northeast at approximately 8m with the cavity at the base should be reduced to the growth point at 4m out from trunk. Reason: to reduce sail area and reduce the risk of the branch breaking in high wind events.
