Static location map showing the position of planning application Reigate and Banstead/24/01859/TPO in Reigate and Banstead

Approximate location

Proposal

T7 Beech - Is located on the edge of woodland TPO RE526. The tree heavily overhangs neighbouring property The End House, Drive Spur, Kingswood, KT206LR and causing excessive shade to the property. There is significant squirrel damage to the upper side of several radial limbs overhanging the property. Reduce radial spread of south west and north west side of crown by up to 2.5m to suitable growth so that final radial spread is 5.5m, selectively prune protruding limbs to shape crown and raise crown on south west and north west side to approximately 5-6m, to afford better light to the property and to manage the size and health of the tree.
