Fourth tree from the west has a heavy lean into the loading bay. Trees act as a screen. 2 Birch?s 15m height, 20cm DBH amongst the Leyland. Reduce the 5 Leylandii by 2 metres to reduce wind loading. Fell the Birch trees due to their poor taper over height and their generally poor condition. 12) Leylandii. 18m height. Poor taper. Fell to benefit neighbouring tree and due to poor structure. T39: Remove deadwood over road.T42: Leylandii, Fell due to heavy lean and its proximity to the building. T43: Elm. Fell due to moderate lean towards building and poor taper.
