Proposal
Medium sized ash at the side of the property to be removed to ground level (Included union)Mature sycamore at the back of the property has moved at the base during storm causing it to need removal. The tree is in the back corner of the garden and had a lean towards the property. The tree was surveyed by Ian Tavendale back in 2013 and has been regularly monitored to document the tree due to it being so close to the water course and being a cause for concern.( it is by a watercourse so the ground surrounding it is already of a soft nature and not stable due to being permanently water logged
