Proposal
T1 Beech: Crown reduction of the north, east and branch reduction to clear property to the south. Crown reduce extension and extended branches using 'drop crotch' reduction, the tree is not to be 'lollpop' reduced with multiple tipped back growth points, good apical branch leaders must be retained to ensure proper natural growth and to reduce a 'hedge' type regrowth that will increase wind loading on the ends of crown branches. The exposed branches from the lost limb and canopy to the north west should be reduced by 1-1.5m to tuck in the exposed branch tips. Minimum crown reduction to be: 4m North, 4m East, 1m South (only to clear property by 1.5m) and 1.5m North west spread from 19m to 15m, height from 22m to 20m.
