Proposal
The replacement of existing dilapidated single glazed timber and aluminium framed sliding sash, fixed and casement windows. The existing windows and frames will be removed, retaining all external windowsills. The proposed windows will be a composite UPVC matching the existing units on site in terms of appearance and fenestration. The proposed sliding sash windows will be replicated in terms of appearance with frame depth and glazing bars/sash horns where existing but upgraded to comprise of double glazed units . The casement windows will be replicated to limit changes in appearance. The proposed windows will be from the Rehau Hertiage and Flush-Fit ranges.
