Proposal
Electricity Act 1989 - Overhead Lines (Exemption)(England and Wales) Regulations 2009. It is proposed for relocation (approx 30m) of existing pole and 2 no. stray wires (in tandem) to new position within the same ownership and within same overhead line as indicated on the plans. The current location of this apparatus is obstructing/inhibiting access and development. The relocation into the adjoining field maintains the network layout and objective but accommodates the access requirements at Coach House. The supply will be taken underground from the new pole location (shown green on the plan).
