T4, Skinny, tall stemmed Ash with suspect Stage 4 Hymenoscyphus fraxineus, situated on the edge of the applicants property boundary and adjacent to the neighbour's garage - fell to a standing habitat monolith at 3 metres, and cut a bat roost habitat into the stem.
