Proposal
I wish to remove part of the wall between the kitchen and the living room. I am unclear if the building is listed or not (112 didn't use to be included in the listing, only 113 and 114 were, but what was labelled a 'minor adjustment' on the historic buildings register in April 2023, appears to have added 112 to the listing). I would therefore like either a certificate of lawfulness or listed building consent etc.
