Repair brickwork and flashing on chimney and other brickwork/repointing4. Replace aging roof light in rear 'lean to' with modern equivalent and possibly add a second roof light on the same area of the roof?5. Replace 20+ year old back boiler with new modern combi boiler - this will also facilitate the removal of the old water tank in the roof (our neighbours experienced failure of their water tank - resulting in significant damage to their property - so it would be good to remove this risk)6. Minor non-structural Internal wall relocation and small layout changes7. Internal ceiling plaster replacement and general re-plastering8. Replace rotten front & back doors to the property with possibly stable doors but of similar design.9. New kitchen and bathroom.10. Replace front garden picket fence with same design but slightly taller
