Proposal
The tree i wish to work on is T4 a London Plane. I wish to pollard this tree. The proposed work will make the cut points 2metres above the crown break which leaves the new tree height at 10M. The scaffold limbs will also be cut to 2metres post completion. The tree is starting to lose limbs and is a danger to people passing by on the pavement and to traffic in Welholme Avenue. Last night (16/9/25) i was called out of my house by a council worker who was attending to a reported incident that one of my tree limbs that had broken off and was blocking the road and pavement. There was no wind that evening. He said the tree needs attention as this will probably happen again. The tree limbs are large to enough to cause serious injury or damage.
