Proposal

There are three trees in the front garden, and four trees running from Weelsby Road down the side of the house towards the back garden. All of these trees will be be pollarded to their existing scaffold limbs. There are seven trees in the back garden. All of these trees need to be pollarded and contained as follows:2 x medium apple trees - height around 8m, reduce to around 6m1 x small apple tree - height around 6m, reduce to around 4m2 x large pear trees - height around 10m, reduce to around 8m1 x small pear tree - height around 5m, reduce to around 3m 1 x xmas tree - modest reshape only (not taking any off the height). The reasons for this are - to keep them healthy, to remove dead wood, to contain them within their allotted space and avoid overhanging our neighbours' property, to reduce the shadow they create over our own and the neighbours' properties, to remove encroachment onto the house (for example, one of the trees taps very loudly onto the window on the landing). I want to preserve and keep all of these trees safe. None of the trees are being removed.
