This will reduce the weight as is leaning towards neighbouring property. There is also a fire risk with it being in very close proximity/overhanging the chimney stack. T6 Pine: Remove to ground level. This tree has one limb with live growth on and the remaining canopy is dead. Remaining limb with growth on is in decline. T7 Pine: Remove the first limb back to main stem. This will give the neighbouring property more clearance from there roof.
