Proposal
Seeking permission to remove T1 Scotts Pine. After loosing its neighbour in the storms last year it?s now left precariously standing on its own with a very tall and high sail area with small diameter stem it?s not left standing alone with a high risk of failure in another high wind or storm like event. With the close proximity of the house I believe it?s best to remove the tree and re plant with another in a more suitable area. There?s no scope to carry out remedial works due to the species of tree.
