Proposal
A1 - Semi mature Ash tree in front garden. This tree has been previously heavily pruned. The newly formed canopy now requires reducing by approximately 1.5m to bring the tree to an approximate overall height of 8m. This work is designed to reduce the likely hood of branch failure as the newly formed branch connections are not as strong as the original branch junctions. A2 - A semi mature Ash tree that is planted in the rear garden of number 6 Bank House Drive. This tree is planted close to the property boundary with 52 Hilltop avenue and as such a large portion of the trees canopy overhangs the garden of 52 Hilltop avenue. Proposed work is to reduce the overhanging branches by approximately 1.5m back towards the property boundary. This would still leave the canopy overhanging the property boundary by approximately 1m. These works are designed to maintain the size of the canopy that overhangs the garden of number 52 in relation to the size of the garden, the close proximity of the tree to the house and to maintain levels of light to the garden, whilst reducing the amount of leaf and tree debris that falls onto the garden seating area below.
