Proposal
The tree is a Silver Birch (identified on the plan as No. 2) with a trunk dia. of approx 400 mm and height of approx 15m. I would like to fell the tree to remove the danger, as it is dead and could cause serious harm or damage if it falls voluntarily.I would also like undertake a 3mts reduction to trees identified on the plans as no. 1, 4 and 5 to suppress growth, as they having an adverse effect on the boundary wall, which is beginning to bulge due to the tree size, which ultimately will mean the wall could fall into Chapel Lane causing harm or damage to pedestrians and traffic.
