Proposal
Works to Sycamore tree protected by TPO 116 (within A1).As per discussion with tree officer 2 years ago, we are now in a position where we would like to crown thin up to 30% of the large sycamore situated in the sketch which boarders between Winthorpe House and The Cottage. This has grown so large where the majority of tree growth heavily protrudes into our garden and hugely impacts natural sunlight to the back of the house and now causing drainage issues and damp due to heavy leaf fall in winter months blocking house drainage systems.
