Proposal

T1 Horse Chestnut tree remove to ground level The tree bark is delaminated to show a diagonal seam of decay in the main stem following the natural twist in the stem . From further investigation this starts at the base of the stem and rises over 7 foot. This decay is over 20cm inwards at widest point, and has signs of fungal activity and signs of brown rot weakening the remaining internal structure. It has a lean towards the road so removal is unfortunately the only option to keep road traffic safe and footpath users.
