Approximate location

Proposal

T1 Lime located to the rear of the property, the tree in question was issued with a TPO when the house was developed several years ago.The tree is now at risk of failing due to a codominant stem approx 2m above ground level. Undertake a 4m height reduction and a 1.5m lateral reduction to reduce to sail on the tree while keeping aesthetics and amenity value. The tree would also benefit from an overall crown thinning of 10% to promote some more light and to reduce the sail. The tree has had a reduction in the past and recovered well, there is an appropriate lower level canopy with appropriate pruning points. All works will be carried out to BS3998.
