Tree - R11-1969 - Chestnut - The tree branches have grown right out which they are now touching a nearby overhead cable. I wish to trim the tree back 25% with crown lift. There is broken branches within the tree which have snapped of but are yet to fall to the ground, as this tree is so close to my bungalow thisis processed as a matter of urgency as this is a massive heath and safety concern.
