CA permission was granted 2 years ago for a reduction, ref DC/24/134788, which was applied for when a previous resident lived at the property. This work was not carried out. We and the current resident think it prudent to remove this tree, taking into account the fact that the railway will have to be closed every time it needs to be worked on, at great expense to the resident.
