REAR: ONE Lombardy poplar (T1)(ht.16m) FELL. Reason: large cavity going through the stem at approx.ht.4m and decay throughout the stem, only approx 5% sound wood, hazardous tree high risk to property, PTI qualified arborist Jake Loader conducted the assessment, felled tree to be replaced under duty to replace. Informative C: the landowner has a duty to plant a replacement tree when a tree in a conservation area is removed because it is dead, or presents an immediate risk of serious harm, para 121 Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas, government guidance 6 March 2014.
