Species is unsuitable for confined spaces and restricted rooting environment, creating future structural risk. Fast-growing species, unsuitable for pruning or shaping. Causes heavy shading of surrounding property and land. Limited safe useful life expectancy in this location. Applicant's Public Safety Statement: The works are urgently required to mitigate the risk of tree failure, which could cause serious injury to persons or damage to property.
