Reason: behind shed.Proposal: new owner, rear garden very overgrown, not maintained for some time, many self-seeded trees, need to remove some and replace in more appropriate positions. 3 replacement trees are to be planted in the rear garden, 1) Ornamental Cherry to become a future replacement for the existing one as it is quite old. 2) A Silver Birch (Jacquemontii preferred) and 3) an Acer.Informative A: huge thank you for retaining trees and planting replacement trees for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
