Reason: reduction due to upper crown decline, pruning to suitable growth points where secondary crown is forming, lowest limb on SW side reduced as extends over building plot back to main fork as marked in photo, remove major dead wood.REAR (south boundary): THREE Oak (T11,T12,T33 in TPO) LATERAL REDUCE by 2m from 5m to 3m on upper N compass point.
