Mature protected deciduous trees situated on the neighbouring property immediately to the rear of 36 Royds Lane (identified on the attached site plan and photographs).Remove all deadwood throughout the crown.Reduce the lateral spread of the crown by up to approximately 4.5 metres (15 feet) where branches overhang the gardens of 36 Royds Lane and the adjoining neighbouring property.Prune back overhanging branches to suitable growth points in accordance with BS3998:2010.We also wish to replace the existing rear boundary fence to improve privacy and security. We are not seeking removal of the trees, only consent to undertake reasonable pruning to reduce the overhang, remove deadwood and allow continued management of our property.
