Proposal

Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development for a single storey rear extension The proposed extension covers an area of 2 metres depth from the rear of the property, with 4.5m diameter along the property and a height of 2.5metres. We are seeking a certificate of lawful development for the work, to increase the downstairs living space in our kitchen. With a growing, young family, we are wanting to increase the space in order to give our children an area they can play safely under our supervision. The proposed work is compliant with all planning policies and building regulations, and falls within the permitted development rights for households in the United Kingdom. Work will be carried out during normal working hours, avoiding early mornings, late evenings and weekends in order to reduce the noise impact across the construction.
