Following review of the deposited TPO plan and site inspection the Council confirms that only T6 Common Lime and T7 Horse Chestnut fall within Area A1 and are protected by the TPO.Trees T1 to T5 are not located within Area A1 and are not protected by TPO 134. As the site lies within CA12 Streatham Park Garrads Road Conservation Area those works have been considered under section 211 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The Council raises no objection to the notified works to T1 to T5. This decision notice may therefore be taken as confirmation that the Council does not propose to make a Tree Preservation Order in respect of those trees.
