Proposal

TPO Ref: 2/TPO/00449 - Ancient Oak Tree -Sadly we recommend removal of this ancient oak tree due to bracket fungus and the extreme hollowing of the main stem and two main limbs, of which has caused stress fractures and severely affected the structural integrity of the tree. Unfortunately, due to the tree overshadowing neighbouring properties, if tree should fail due to (as previously explained above), there is a very high risk for damage to neighbouring properties. Please see evidence in the photos attached, which clearly show the structural issues as stated above. Therefore, we strongly advise removal of the tree to prevent the risk to occupied residential buildings with the fall range of this oak tree.
