Proposal

CONSULTATION BY NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL-proposal to extinguish part of King Lynn Footpath No. 17 that runs alongside the River Great Ouse in Kings Lynn. The legally recorded footpath is no longer coincident with the path that is used on the ground. Work has therefore been undertaken to arrange for the used path (that is part of the King Charles III Coast Path) to be dedicated under s25 of the Highways Act 1980 and extinguish those parts of FP17 that are unusable.
