Approximate location

Proposal

There is a 50ft plus leaning conifer tree that significantly overhangs my garage roof and leans towards my house from the enclosed back garden of a rental property next door. Approx 70% of the tree hangs over my boundary and regularly drops branches and bows in high winds. Part of the tree is dead and I believe the tree to be unstable and dangerous. We plan to cut it back to the boundary line as it is now pushing against my fence too. We have informed the owner of the property that we will be using a tree surgeon to carry out work to cut back and make safe as we are replacing our timber garage due to damage from the tree over the years.
