It is not possible to acertain the number of root systems. For the purpose of description in this application, all four stems and the total associated growth is interpreted as a single tree. 2. Proposed Works: 2.1. Remove lower branches up to a height of approximately 18 feet above ground level¹. 2.2. Reduce the remaining crown to leave approximately 20 feet in width, all around². 2.4. The subsequent growth in height not disturbed. 3. Reason for Proposed Works: 3.1. The tree is encroaching excessively on nearby trees, bushes and plants and on the building and walking areas.
