We would like to request for permission to dig the roots from one of the trees at the front of Winchester House as it is making the front wall of the property very weak and a hazard for all members of the public walking past as could cause harm if not taken care of and the wall rebuilt. We will need to dig up the roots before we can rebuild the front wall of the block.
