Proposal
(T1) Beech tree. Fagus sylvatica This large tree is in good health and has not been reduced in some time. Height of T1 : 22 metres Width of crown : 14 metres In keeping with good arboricultural management and to maintain the crown at a size appropriate to its residential setting and as part of a cyclical maintenance schedule ; proposed works are consistent with previous planning consent ( ref: P2014/5005/TRE ) and comply with the recommendations of BS3998:2010. Reduce the crown by 1.5 - 2.5 metres to previous points of reduction, reducing over extended branches back into the crown line. Not all branches to be reduced. Clean out crown by the removal of dead, diseased, broken and minor crossing branches. Reduce back from adjacent property to give 4 metres clearance. Crown lift to 5 metres above ground level with diameter of final cuts not exceeding 5cm. All work carried out to British Standard 3998:2010.
