Proposal
LBI TPO (No. 493) 2021 is a Copper Beech located at the eastern corner of St George's Church, Tufnell Park. On the provided plan, a survey report issued by SJ Stephens Associates on the 5th of October 2021, it is marked as T9. In preparation for the commencement of approved repair works to the Church roof, a scaffold will need to be installed requiring 1.5m lateral clearance from the building laterally, following the footprint of the building, and 3m vertical clearance over the roof to accommodate the temporary roof. As such, any branches within 1.5m of the footprint of the roof are to be pruned for 1.5m lateral clearance up to the level of the roof, and any overhanging branches pruned to in line with the edge of the roof up to 3m above roof level. This pruning work is anticipated to have a negligible impact on the overall health of the tree.
