Non material amendment to planning permission ref. P2023/1415/FUL dated 03/09/2024 in order to correct a typographical error in the wording of condition 4 with regard to plant testing times. The final wording of condition 4 is as follows: PLANT OPERATION AND TESTING (COMPLIANCE): The emergency generator plant and equipment hereby approved shall be operated at all times in accordance with the below details: 1. The testing of equipment shall take place between the hours of 0800 and 1800 on weekdays only, and no testing shall take place at any time on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. 2. The duration of the monthly testing to be commensurate with the test requirements and not to exceed one hour, with an annual test of up to three hours. 3. Local residents shall be given advance written notification of the time and date of the testing schedule by the site management team. The notification shall include residents of 1 to 12 Christie Court, 25-36 Christie Court Apartments and above 384-390 Hornsey Road. REASON: In order to safeguard neighbouring amenity.
