The aim of the scheme is to provide: -Minor non-structural alterations to the internal layout on the first floor side extension -Replacement of floor finishes on the lower ground floor -Replacement of lower ground floor external doors and windows on the rear of the building and frosted glass panes on the second floor bathroom window -Proposed replacement of non-original mantlepiece on the lower ground floor The current proposals for 28 Furlong Road have been comprehensively revised in response to previous comments on a withdrawn planning application submitted by Ursula Tucker Architects. Comments from the Conservation Officer were relayed by Jack Meacher on behalf of the Planning Applications team at Islington Council on March 8, 2024.
