Maxeon3 430W Solar PV panels with Solaredge SE40K 40kW Inverter and SolarEdge 950 optimisers, complete with Nicholson Mounting Posts and frames. Array sized to generate approximately 37,000kWh per annum, offsetting approximately 7.2 tonnes CO2 per annum that would otherwise be consumed through grid supplied electricity • Works to existing electrical infrastructure within building to accommodate solar PV array, including new 63A TPN MCCB and submain from existing basement LV Panel Board to rooftop array • Works to improve edge protection around the building to enable safe access for panel maintenance and inspection. • Panels would be sited at least 1m away from roof perimeter and would not be higher than the existing lift motor room being the highest structure, they would not be visible from ground level street view
