The NMA seeks consent for the following amendments: - Core Amendments to allow for compartmentalisation of the lifts and stairwell, to minimise the potential of the transference of smoke and to provide safe means of escape. - Brick Dimensions and Balcony Amendments to provide better fire compartmentalisation and reduce the spread of fire. - Cycle Storage to ensure adequate space is provided to house the consented number cycles. - Plant Room Adjustments have been made to ensure the scheme is able to meet building regulations. - Bin Store Fire Amendments seeks a relocation of the bin store entrance away from the residential entrance which provides design improvements for residential comfort and safety and improved drag distances. - Roof Plant Adjustments have been made to include all the necessary plant equipment on the roof include improved ASHP's and sprinkler tanks. - Amendment to the wording of condition 20 (cycle parking design)
