Proposal
Amendment pursuant to 24/01900/HOU: 1. will not alter the roof height of the existing utility room and will tag the new extension onto the side of the utility room rather than incorporate it into the 'new element'. The roof of the new extension will be as per the approved planning application.2. Approved plans show bi-folding doors on both sides of new extension. We have decided to keep the glass sliding doors that overlook the rear garden and have a single door with sections of walls/windows which will overlook the garage. 3. We have agreement for 3 sky lights (2 sliding skylights), we like the look of the lanterns and wondered if one would be considered instead of of the 2 sliding skylights. At the moment, we can't decide which option to go for but we would like approval for both options and then we can decide later on. The remaining non-opening skylight over the existing extension will still be added to the roof of the existing extension.
