Proposal
T1 is a Holm Oak tree and is situated within close proximity to Palmerston House on the South-eastern corner of the building. It is healthy and thriving, however is currently too big for the area it is located in and is now coming into contact with the building and in particular touching the second-floor windows and guttering. We recommend a full crown reduction to the tree by cutting up to 3m from the tips to clear away from the building but maintaining the overall shape of the tree. Where possible we will cut back to good growth points and concentrate on the end result being a good shaped tree.
